Every care was taken to ensure that photography, description and specification to each product is accurate, however , actual product may sometimes looks different than the pictures provided. Orders are subject to availability. Before placing the order you should read the terms and condition as they contain important information about your order . By submitting an order to us through website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are accurate and valid and once order is accepted, confirmed and proceed by us, payment will be done in full.

By placing an order you confirm you are the same person refer to in the billing details. Once we accept any order placed by you online, the contract between you and KOBEYa will be completed when your order is dispatched / delivered to you, unless you have cancelled your order in accordance with our Refund and Return procedures below.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of UAE.

Collection and Delivery

Purchased Item can be collected from our branch at the address : KOBEYa , Al Wasl Vita Mall, Jumeirah 1 , Dubai , UAE

We aim to deliver all items at the date requested. In the unlikely event of the system failure or delays we will inform you and offer an alternative delivery date.
If you have any queries regarding delivery, please contact us on +971529261551 or emailinfo@kobeya.ae quoting your name and order number.

Return and refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us on +971529261551 orinfo@kobeya.ae within 24 hours of delivery and provide all the details why you are not satisfied. We will exchange, replace or refund the item price.

Please contact +971529261551 quoting your name and order number if you wish to cancel/ reschedule your order. Please make sure you have given sufficient notice as processed orders cannot be cannot be cancelled and you will not be refunded.
Refund can be done only trough original mode of payment .

To achive the best customer satisfaction KOBEYa provide the following solutions. If you have any questions regarding the Return & Refund Policy please call our restaurant. Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed with the restaurant.

Food Order Errors*

If you receive food that is different from your invoice, we sincerely apologize. Please call us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order. You may come to pick up the correct food item.
For credit card payments, you will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error and recharged for the new items price.

For cash payments, you will be asked to pay the difference of the balance if the new food has a greater value than the food received in error. In the same way, you will receive the difference of the balance back as credit for the new item if less than the food received in error. In some cases, we may offer you a store credit/ value voucher
Your order will be priority if you come to pick it up. In all cases, please return the food order in the original container(s) to our host.

Food Order Incomplete*

In the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Please call us as soon as you notice that any food items were not received in your order. You may cancel the missed food before we prepare it without any question, and we will refund the amount to a credit card, cash refund or we will refund you with a store credit.

Food Dissatisfaction*

We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. Please call us immediately if you receive unsatisfactory food caused by a dislike or objects in the food. We will need the food returned in the original container(s) so we may investigate and deal with the issue. We will prepare you a new food order. If you do not wish to receive a new dish, we may refund the amount to a credit card, cash refund or we will refund you with a store credit only after we receive the food in the original container(s) and have confirmed the error to the discretion of the manager on duty

When you process something from our store as part of the buying -selling process we collect information such your name , email address , phone number and delivery address. With your permission we may send notification such as promotion, store updates to email address provided.
